After engaging John Bandas to design Spring Meadows, I knew he was the right choice to develop the two hundred acre Dawson Ranch and Regatta Oaks neighborhoods. Starting with due diligence on the land purchase and continuing with the master planning of the entire project, he provide invaluable and practical insight to help achieve my vision. Then he designed two sections a year over the next ten years until all the land was developed. I plan to use him on my next project.
